How to Offline Apply :- First Read Full Notification about Haryana Health Department under Govt. of Haryana, and After download the Application Form and Fill all information about your Qualification , Ages and Etc. and Submit and Email at Official Address. Be CareFull.
Application Fee :
1. Gereral/OBC Candidates to Pay Rs. 250/-
2. SC/ST/PWD Candidates to Pay Rs. 100/-
Application fee also can be deposited through Bank Draft in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana Panchkula Payable at Panchkula.
Age Limit : between 18 - 45 yrs. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Govt. rules.
Pay scale :- Rs. 28600 - 34200/- + Grad Pay Rs. 5400/-.

Opening Date for Online Registration: 05-12-2013
Last Date for Receipt of Online Application: 16-12-2013.
Merit List Declaration: 19-12-2013.
Date of interview: From 23-12-2013.
Selection Process : All Eligible Students will be selected based on written test, performance in Interview and Group Discussion and performance in IBPS RRBs- CWE-II which was held in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview.

Graduation in Medicine and Surgery of a recognized University or any recognized equivalent degree from any other University or Institutions qualification from the recognized University.
